TECHNOLOGY TO PREVENT THE BUILDUP OF STAINS

|
Over time, ordinary ceramic surfaces tend to collect buildup of inorganic stain such as siliccate and lime, which aids in the accumulation of dirt and grime to toilets, sinks and other ceramic material surfaces. Typically, these stains tend to form at the waterline and flow lines within toilets, or around the faucet bases in sinks and basins. This buildup makes cleaning difficult, and at the same time degrades the glossy surface. PROGUARD is an INAX technology that acts to inhibit buildup of stain. This prevents stains from accumulating, which helps to preserve the smooth surface of the ceramic ware. The result is a surface look that, with only soft brushing, will recall the day it was purchased throughout the product lifespan. |

2. Proguard to prevent the buildup of stains from minerals in the water |
On the ordinary ceramic surfaces, the buildup of lime and silicate is produced by achemical reaction between the ceramic surface and inorganic material. This chemical reaction causes the lime and silicate to bond to the surface.
When PROGUARD is applied to the ceramic surface at the molecular level, it negates the chemical reaction that would ordinarily take place. This allows the toilet to maintain both glossy appearance and sturdy ceramic construction. The surface remains smooth and free of stain, it can be cleaned without hard scrubbing.

3. The difference is obvious |

The right half of this toilet is traeated with PROGUARD, and the left half is untreated. When adye simulating minearal staining is applied, it is easy to see the buildup of stains on the unprotected side |
